Special Edition Print:
Horned lizards, also known as horned toads, are seen within our Díne (Navajo) culture as a precious reptile and spiritual protective being. We refer to them as Cheii (grandfather). If he appears we use corn pollen, put it on his back and pick him up and put him over your heart. And this here is my artistic interpretation of our great Cheii.
