What's the tea? Spill it! My earliest memories having Navajo Tea was during the spring time with my paternal grandmother. She would return mostly in the evenings from herding the sheep and have in hand some Navajo Tea, she would have to leave out these tiny bundles of joy to dry a couple of days before drinking. Navajo tea is an herbal beverage made by brewing the plant Greenthread. Enjoyed hot or iced and if you want to be extra add in some sugar or honey to kick it up a notch. The tea is caffeine free so you can still catch that early sunrise!
